HOW TO ORDER
Follow the steps below to complete your order.
Step 1: Select product you want to buy and also Choose your quantity and option (e.g. colour or size if any). Then Click on "Add to cart" button and this item will be automatically added to your Shopping Cart.
Important Notice: Quantity stock is written for every item. If have quantity means have ready stock.
Step 2:Click View Shopping Cart.
Step 3: You are now on Shopping Cart page. You can check your Total Product Sub Total and apply Discount Code, if any.
Step 4: Click Proceed To Checkout to proceed.
Important Notice: If you are an agent please insert Discount code box with code Agent10 / Vvip15, before you proceed to checkout.
Step 5: On Register/Login page, you can either:
-Create A New Account: Checkout as a new customer.
-Sign In: Checkout as a returning customer.
Example below are the steps for you to create a new account.
i.Insert your Personal Information and Billing Information.
ii.Select your Payment Method and Other Information (if necessary). Click Next.
Important Notice: If you want to ship the product to another address, please tick "yes" box at Ship to another address.
iii. If you tick "yes" box at Ship to another address, then please fill in your another address. Click Next.
Important Notice: Please insert your company name or agent name as it is a sender detalis. Other than that is your recipent details.
Step 6: Select your Shipping Method. Click Next.
Step 7: Check again your Summary page. Then Click Next and you will be redirect to the payment section. After you have settle the payment with the selected payment gateway, your will get an email regarding your successful order.
Step 8 : You have now successfully purchase your item. After payment done, inform below details by leaving message at our website/ email us at sales@firstname.lastname@example.org or you also can leave sms/whatsapp at 0127021238.

Step 9:We will post parcel on the same working day if payment made before 2pm. Normally it take about 1-2 days to reach customer.You shall receive the tracking number by email once the item posted, please provide correct email address when register.
HOW TO ORDER- PRE ORDER ITEM
If the item you want to purchase is out of stock, you can do pre-order if the item code is start with P.
It will normally arrive 12 working days after payment made.
If order place after 5pm it will consider as 2nd day order, for order on Sat/Sunday , we will order from supplier on the next Monday.
Anyway there are possibility where the item is out of stock and need to re-order, or supplier sent wrong/defect item, or may be flight delay or custom hold.
So please be understand this before you make any order for pre-order item,we will refund the money if we still not able to get the item 12 working days after the payment made.
Kindly be remind that Pre order item is for those item which code start with letter P only.
